Shipping Policy

Welcome to Vixenly's Shipping Policy. We are committed to providing discreet and efficient shipping for all your purchases. Our shipping methods are secure and our packaging is designed to protect your privacy. We offer competitive shipping costs to ensure your satisfaction with every order.
 

We currently ship only within South Africa via the following methods:

  • The Courier Guy (door-to-door delivery) @ R145

  • PUDO locker system @ R90

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where applicable. Vixenly (PTY) Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.

 

Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are packaged discreetly:

  • Plain-label or fake-label packaging

  • No mention of Vixenly, adult products, or adult content on the exterior

  • Receivers will not be able to identify the contents based on packaging alone.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except in cases of product defects upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue

  • We will assess the case and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion
