Order Processing & Lead Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days, depending on stock availability. Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed. In rare cases, delays may occur due to restocking, supplier issues, or high demand. Customers will be notified via email in the event of delays.
 

Warranty Policy
Some products sold through Vixenly (PTY) Ltd. are covered by manufacturer warranties. Where applicable:

  • You are responsible for registering your product with the manufacturer

  • All warranty claims must be made directly through the manufacturer
